End of Year Festivities 2016: modalities and hours of Support Service

We are getting closer to End of Year holidays: here are the closing days, hours and modalities of support of our Customer Service.

Thursday the 8^th of December – Immaculate Holidays

Customer Service is available in English and Italian from 9AM to 1PM and from 2PM to 6PM

Monday the 26^th of December – Christmas

Our offices are closed. Customer Service is not available. We will take charge of email/ticket requests at the re-opening. 

Friday the 6th of January - Epiphany 

Customer Service is available in English and Italian from 9AM-1PM/2PM-6PM

On the days between 27^th of December and 5^th of January Customer Service will be available from Monday to Friday with the following working hours: 9AM-1PM/2PM-6PM (CET). From the 9th of January we are getting back to the usual working hours 9AM-7PM (CET) opening hours.
