All customers using the Contactsend/Marketing Cloud platform have access to the Standard Support service, where they can reach the support team by opening a ticket via the support center or by sending an email to helpdesk@contactlab.com.
As part of their contract—or by purchasing it separately—they can receive Premium Support, which also includes phone support and/or chat.
You can check your current support level in your contract, in the "Support" section within the Contactsend platform interface, or by contacting your sales representative.
